It is true we become or have what we focus our attention and Thoughts on.
Where do our thoughts come from? There are a lot of things you could say, and they are likely accurate. Your mindset and your attitude determine the nature of your thoughts in a broader sense.
Whether your mindset is positive or negative will produce positive or negative thoughts depending on which of these two is your general attitude or mindset.
Picture your mindset as soil from which your thoughts sprout. Good (positive) soil will produce better thoughts than bad (negative) soil which will give you what you don’t want.
Our thoughts create our reality, but our mindset influences our thoughts. Granted our thoughts form our mindset so which came first the chicken or the egg. They work hand in hand, and you need to be aware of both of them, self-awareness is key
What is mindset?
Mindset is similar to an attitude but is a little more than that. A mindset is more firm, constant and drives your actions toward your goals. Once a mindset is formed it is not easily influenced by others or circumstances. It can be said that you have set your mind. There are two main categories positive mindset or a negative mindset. There are endless specific mindsets health mindset, money, mindset, career mindset for example.

A good mindset is a mental attitude that is positive, focused, determined.
and is getting you the results, you want.
